These pads are the best on the market. The bumper had grossgrain ties on all corners as well as in the center to keep it attached to the crate. We have sewn a top stitch around the center of the bumper to make the batting secure and to make the bumper more stable. There are three bumper sides with no bumper on the door side. The bottom of the Bumper Crate Pad is the quilted cotton on one side and our heavy weight fleece on the bottom (our summer/winter mat). The whole bed is totally reversible.
