These panties are made out of our cotton harness fabrics. They are used for girls in heat or for girls that have bladder problems. We decided to make them a little different than the others on the market. We put a skirt on ours to help hide the velcro. The hole for the tail is bound with our color coordinated binding so it will not rip or tear. Our legs have slight elastic underneath the binding. This gives it a little give without cutting the leg or coat. Place a feminine napkin cut to size inside the lower part of the panty that covers the "tushie". The feminine napkins that have the sticky strip works best. Just remove before taking them outside to the potty. Put back on when you come back inside.
